ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 10 grams chocolate protein powder
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
  • Banana, sliced
  • Chocolate chips

Method

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling together until combined.

  • Step 2

    Using the back of a spoon or your fingers, make indents into the bread and pour filling into bread.

  • Step 3

    Top with banana slices and chocolate chips.

  • Step 4

    Cook in the air fryer at 350° for 15 minutes (or until lightly browned).
