ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle Annie's Organic Caesar Dressing, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 4 veggie burgers (store bought or homemade), cooked
- 1 small head of romaine, cut into thirds horizontally, then washed and dried
- hamburger buns, optional
- sliced tomato, optional
Method
Step 1
Soak raw cashews in boiling water for 5 minutes, and then blend with 2 tablespoons Annie’s Organic Caesar Dressing, garlic, lemon juice and ¼ cup of water. Blend until creamy. Set aside
Step 2
In a medium sized bowl, toss the prepared romaine lettuce with 2 tablespoons Annie’s Organic Caesar Dressing. Set aside.
Step 3
To assemble, add the prepared burgers to the bottom portion of the hamburger buns, then top each with tomato and ½ cup of the prepared Caesar Salad. Spread 2 tablespoons of the cashew cream on the top half of the bun, then place on top of the burgers.
