ingredients
- 1 rack of spare ribs
- 1 bottle Better Than Marinade Honey Sesame Teriyaki
- Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Flip the rack of spare ribs meat-side down. Using a sharp knife, slice between each bone to create individual ribs.
Step 2
Place ribs in a large resealable bag. Add half the bottle of Better Than Marinade Honey Sesame Teriyaki. Seal and massage to coat evenly. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 8 hours).
Step 3
Preheat grill to 250°F and set for indirect heat. Remove ribs from marinade and discard used marinade. Place ribs directly on grill grates. Close lid and cook for 2 hours, maintaining a steady temperature.
Step 4
Transfer ribs to a foil tray or grill-safe dish. Pour remaining unused marinade over the top. Cover tightly with foil and return to the grill. Cook for another 90 minutes, until tender.
Step 5
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Transfer to a platter and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm.
