- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 10.5 oz
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package mini tater tots
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain the excess fat.
Step 2
Add the cream of mushroom soup, peas, carrots, corn and cheese, stir thoroughly.
Step 3
Transfer the ground beef and vegetable mixture into a 8 x8 baking dish.
Step 4
Top with the frozen tater tots.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from oven and serve warm.
