- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- Balsamic glaze, to taste
- 1 Dave’s Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains and Seeds Sandwich Roll
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 slices deli turkey
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup cornflakes
Method
Step 1
In a container, mix sliced red onions with salt, vinegar, and water. Stir to dissolve salt and let sit for at least 30 minutes to quick-pickle.
Step 2
