ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Cashew butter,
  • 3/4 cup Almond flour,
  • 1/4 cup Realm Bold Cacao Smoothie blend,
  • 3-4 tablespoons Maple Syrup,
  • 1 teaspon Vanilla,
  • pinch of Salt,
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips,

Method

  • Step 1

    In a medium bowl, mix together everything except the Bold Cacao smoothie powder until a cookie dough-like texture forms.

  • Step 2

    Place half of the dough in a separate bowl and mix in the Bold Cacao powder until fully incorporated.

  • Step 3

    Press the chocolate half into the bottom of a lined loaf pan. Then press the cookie dough on top.

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and refrigerator for a few hours to firm up.

  • Step 5

    Cut into bars and enjoy! Note: Keep them stored in the refrigerator.
