- 3/4 cup Cashew butter,
- 3/4 cup Almond flour,
- 1/4 cup Realm Bold Cacao Smoothie blend,
- 3-4 tablespoons Maple Syrup,
- 1 teaspon Vanilla,
- pinch of Salt,
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips,
Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together everything except the Bold Cacao smoothie powder until a cookie dough-like texture forms.
Step 2
Place half of the dough in a separate bowl and mix in the Bold Cacao powder until fully incorporated.
Step 3
Press the chocolate half into the bottom of a lined loaf pan. Then press the cookie dough on top.
Step 4
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and refrigerator for a few hours to firm up.
Step 5
Cut into bars and enjoy! Note: Keep them stored in the refrigerator.
