- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Montreal burger or steak seasoning

- Shredded iceberg lettuce (or romaine)
- Onion slices
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Dill pickle chips, quartered
- 2 avocados, sliced `
- Shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons relish (or finely chopped dill pickles)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon coconut aminos (or Worcestershire sauce)

Method
Step 1
Cook the turkey: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and Montreal seasoning. Cook until browned and crumbled. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2
Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 3
Chop lettuce and divide among four bowls.
Step 4
Add a scoop of ground turkey to the center of each bowl. Surround with cherry tomatoes, onion slices, pickles, avocado, and cheese.
