Maple Glazed Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake (vegan)

I bake similarly to Randle. I try to cut down the sugar and secondary ingredients to make the main ingredient shine through, in this case Pumpkin. The addition of vinegar is a nice tip to make the cake lighter in consistency. Even if you are not vegan, using coconut oil instead of butter for the glaze is another nice tip!
