ingredients
- 4 Avocados, cubed
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Oregano powder
- 1 head Lettuce, sliced
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Honey, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil, as needed
- Chili Flakes, to taste
Method
Step 1
Add avocado, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and lettuce to a large bowl.
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, mayo, lemon juice. Add dressing to the avocado and egg mixture and season to taste with olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes and oregano.
