**If your mixture is too wet: add more oats or protein powder by the tablespoon until desired consistency is reached. If it’s too dry, add almond milk by the tablespoon, mixing in between each addition!

ingredients
- 1 cup snickerdoodle almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 3 scoops pea protein
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Handful of chocolate chunks
Method
Step 1
Add all the ingredients, expect the chocolate chips, in a large bowl until a thick, sticky mixture forms. I like to use a rubber spatula to really fold and press the ingredients together.**
Step 2
Fold in the chocolate chips - the more the merrier in my opinion!
Step 3
Press mixture into a 8x8 or 9x9 pan lined with parchment paper and use the rubber spatula to smooth the top. Add extra chocolate chips if desired!
Step 4
Freeze for 1 hour and cut into bars. Store in the fridge and ENJOY!!
