ingredients
- 1 block of extra firm tofu, broken into bite size pieces
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Smoked paprika
- Arrowroot starch or cornstarch
- honey bbq sauce

- almond tortilla
- Spinach
- Orange bell pepper
- Cucumber slices
- Avocado slices
- Bbq tofu
- dairy free creamy ranch
- vegan feta
Method
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Add the tofu to a large bowl then generously shake on garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss until tofu is coated in the seasonings. Shake arrowroot starch on top of the tofu and toss again until tofu is covered. This is what makes it have a crispy exterior!
Step 2
Transfer the tofu to the air fryer and spray the tofu with avocado/olive oil spray. This also helps the outside layer get crispy. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Step 3
Once crispy, add tofu to a bowl and cover with bbq sauce. Toss to evenly coat the tofu. Use the tofu however you please - wrap ingredient ideas above!!
