ingredients

  • 1 rectangular plain cracker (I used salada crackers)
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free yoghurt (I used soy)
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen raspberries
  • 40 grams dairy-free dark chocolate

Method

  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, mix the yoghurt and protein powder together until no powder remains and the mixture is thick.

  • Step 2

    Smear this on top of the cracker. Place the raspberries on top of the yoghurt layer.

  • Step 3

    Freeze for at least 3 hours until solid. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the frozen cracker. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes until the chocolate is set
