ingredients
- 1 rectangular plain cracker (I used salada crackers)
- 1/2 cup dairy-free yoghurt (I used soy)
- 3 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 frozen raspberries
- 40 grams dairy-free dark chocolate
Method
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the yoghurt and protein powder together until no powder remains and the mixture is thick.
Step 2
Smear this on top of the cracker. Place the raspberries on top of the yoghurt layer.
Step 3
Freeze for at least 3 hours until solid. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the frozen cracker. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes until the chocolate is set
