"Back to reality tomorrow. Kids to school and for me to work full speed ahead. Getting organized today by making this spiced #granola. Store bought cereals are laden with sugar, and making your own is quite simple and inexpensive. 4 cups oatmeal 1 cup unsweetened coconut 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup chopped cashews 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts 3 tbsp whole flax seeds 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp nutmeg Mix the above. Heat 1/3 cup coconut oil with 1/4 cup maple syrup. Mix it all together and bake on low heat 300F for 25-30 min, rotating halfway. Store in glass jars. You really can add whatever nuts/seeds you'd like. Enjoy. Do you make your own cereal"
