- 1 cup (~200 grams) white chocolate, chopped
- 4 heaping tablespoons pistachio spread, plus extra for drizzling
- 2 1/2 cup (~35 grams) rice crispies
- Pinch of salt
- Toasted pistachios, chopped for garnish
Method
Step 1
Place the chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 10-second bursts, stirring after each burst until smooth and fully melted.
Step 2
Stir in the pistachio spread until completely incorporated.

Gently mix in the rice crispies and add a pinch of salt, ensuring the cereal is evenly coated.

Spoon the mixture into 12 mini muffin silicon tray holes.
