These easy stuffed dates are the perfect holiday appetizer! The insides are filled with a creamy, lemony goat cheese mixture, then wrapped in salty prosciutto and baked until the outside is beautifully crisp.

Wild Rice Salad with Lemon Dressing

Start things off with this flavorful salad full of wild rice, juicy mangoes, tart cranberries, peppery arugula and a zesty orange and lemon dressing. If you want to stick to more classic Thanksgiving flavors, replace the mango with green apple.
