All About Braises & Stews!

This week we've chosen to highlight comforting braises and stews! As the weather turns cooler for most of us, the soothing nature of a bubbling braise or simmering stew warms the heart. We start out with braised short ribs, move into a slow cooked cabbage dinner and finish off with an Indian potato and pea curry. Happy cooking!

Weeknight Asian Style Instant Pot Short Ribs

These braised ribs are packed full of flavor thanks to aromatics like lemongrass, ginger, garlic and scallions. Don't have an instant pot? This recipe will work well on the stove top, too! Just follow the method and then once you add the short rib back in, simmer over low heat for 2-3 hours, or until very tender.
