This week we've chosen to highlight lighter, refreshing green dishes that are perfect after the Thanksgiving holiday! These nourishing, bright recipes are just what we need after the week's celebrations. We start out with a beautiful green shakshuka, move into a delicious broccoli soup and finish off with a sweet potato curry. Happy cooking!
