Fire Up the Grill!

Memorial Weekend is here! Generally a time that marks the beginning of summer for much of the country, it means the start of warmer temperatures, porch hangouts and spring and summer produce. You may only be celebrating with your immediate family this year, but that doesn't mean you can't get the grill going!  Don't have a grill? The broiler, or a grill pan on the stovetop is absolutely acceptable in its stead. So turn on the propane, get the charcoal going or pull out that cast iron griddle!
