ingredients
- 3 mashed Banana
- 1 large beaten Egg
- 1 Beaten Egg white
- 1/14 cups unsweetened Almond milk
- 1/14 cups Cliff Family Vineyards Solar Honey
- 1 cups Almond meal
- 4 scoops Vanilla or Chocolate Plant Protein
- 1 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/4 cups Mini chocolate chips
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° degrees.
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl. Then mash bananas in a separate bowl, creating a mush of sorts. Add the remaining wet ingredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until fully incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips, being careful not to eat all of them.
Step 3
Bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean on a center muffin. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. In the fridge. Wine pairing? Royal Tokaj!
