ingredients
- 4 1/2 white vinegar, or fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup milk
Method
Step 1
Put the vinegar in a glass measuring cup, and add enough milk to make 1 cup of total liquid
Step 2
Stir to combine and allow to stand for 10 to 15 minutes (mixture will rotate).
Step 3
Use in a recipe as needed, or cover and freeze till needed.
