ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, matcha, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
Step 3
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed (lumps are okay).
Step 4
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.

Serve warm with your favorite toppings—maple syrup, whipped cream, or fresh berries are all great options!
