ingredients
- 1/2 pieces cauliflower
- 500 gram minced meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoons chopped parsley or cilantro
- 1 organic lemon's zest
- 1 teaspoons salt
- To Taste ground pepper
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients (except lemon zest)together with your hands until all ingredients are well incorporated and make little balls.
Step 2
Cook in a pan or in the oven with a spoon of olive oil. Decorate it with lemon zest and some fresh cilantro.
Step 3
Serve with grains (leftover from the yesterday's lunch😊) , garden peas and a lemon dressing (recipe on my Instagram page @mypetite.lunchbox), I used taboulé, garden peas and zucchinis
