ingredients
- 1 pot organic plain yaourt (regular or plant-based), 125 gr
- 2 pots organic raw cane sugar (150 gr)
- 3 pots organic flour (180 gr) (+ a pinch of yeast if you use a non-self-rising flour)
- 1/2 pot organic odourless coconut oil (60 gr)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Zest of 1 organic lemon
- 1 hand of organic blueberries
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except fruits together with a fork
Step 2
After mixing, If you have lumps because of the flour, you can use an electrical mixer but only 15 seconds (😊). If you use it more the dough will have to many air and be too chewy
Step 3
Add blueberries and stir a bit more with help of a fork Allow to bake in the oven (180°), 40 minutes for a cake and 20 for cupcakes
