Cookie Dough Balls! Just incase you missed it... ? just a reminder that feature Friday is tomorrow too, so if you make a recipe of mine - don't forget to hashtag #pretendhealthfreak and tag me @pretendhealthfreak in the comment! 2 C shredded coconut 2 C almonds 1/2 C coconut milk 1/4 C pure maple syrup 3 Tbsp coconut oil 2 Tbsp tahini 1/2 C cacao nibs pinch of himalayan salt Process all ingredients in Vitamix (for sale in link) until smooth and then roll and freeze.
