Salmon, Greek Yogurt, Tomato And Dill Smørrebrød
There's so many ways to eat salmon. It's a versatile fish that can be eaten raw, cured, smoked, baked, grilled, and etc. I made a Danish style Smørrebrød (open face sandwich) with smoked Atlantic salmon, tomato, dill, plain Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and a light drizzle of olive oil on rye bread for lunch.
