ingredients
- 10 pieces Plums, Halved and Deseeded
- 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 5 pieces Star Anise
- 1 teaspoon Melted Butter
- 8 pieces Mint Leaves, to garnish
- to serve Vanilla Scoops
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200 C for 5 mins. Grease the baking tray with butter and keep aside
Step 2
Arrange the plums in the baking tray. Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract and grate 1 star anise on the plums
Step 3
Throw in the remaining star anise in the baking tray. Bake the plums for 10 mins or until the edges are soft
Step 4
Let it cool for a min. Serve with vanilla icecream and garnish with mint leaves
