ingredients

  • 2 cups halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • To Taste Salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven at 130 C for 10 mins and line your baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside

  • Step 2

    Place the cherry tomato with the seed side on top. Sprinkle the salt a bit. Do not overcrowd the tray

  • Step 3

    Bake it at 130 C for 4 hours. Midway at 2 hour mark, flip them and let it bake for another 1.5- 2 hours

  • Step 4

    Once done, use them immediately or store them in a jar of olive oil in the fridge
