Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 cup room temperature Butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Custard Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 cup Tutti Frutti
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Method

  • Step 1

     Cream butter and sugar until light. This will take about 1 min

  • Step 2

    Add all the ingredients except tutti frutti and beat until just combined

  • Step 3

    Add the tutti frutti mix and combine the dough gently using your hands

  • Step 4

    Divide the dough and roll it into logs. Cling wrap it tightly and let it freeze for 20 minutes

  • Step 5

    Preheat your oven to 180 C and line your baking try with a parchment paper

  • Step 6

    Take the log and cut it into 1/3 inch cookies using a knife

  • Step 7

    Bake for 18-20 mins at 180 C or until golden brown on the edges

  • Step 8

    Cool and enjoy
