ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 150 grams Butter, room temperature + extra for greasing
- 300 milliliter Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 teaspoon White Vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 150 milliliter Water
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180 C for 10 mins. Meanwhile generously grease your loaf tin with butter and dust it with all purpose flour and keep aside
Step 2
In a bowl add all purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking soda and baking powder and whisk it
Step 3
Add softened butter and condensed milk to the bowl
Step 4
In another bowl add water, vanilla extract and white vinegar. Add the water mixture to the previous bowl and whisk it together until just combined
Step 5
Divide the batter into 2 bowls. In one bowl add the cocoa powder and whisk until just combined
Step 6
In the tin pour half the vanilla batter. Top with chocolate batter and finally with the remaining vanilla batter
Step 7
Take a toothpick and gently make a few swirls. Allow it to bake for 30 – 35 mins until a tooth pick comes out clean
Step 8
Let it cool completely, slice and enjoy
