ingredients

  • 17 1/2 ounces Potato
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoons Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Dried Rosemary
  • To Taste Salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 200 C for 10 mins. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside

  • Step 2

    Cut the potatoes into same size wedges and pat dry it using a kitchen towel

  • Step 3

    Take the wedges in a bowl. Add in all the ingredients and mix the ingredients well until all potatoes are coated

  • Step 4

    Place them on the baking tray. Avoid overcrowding or stacking on top of each other. Bake for 35 mins and ensure to toss the wedges half way through the baking cycle

  • Step 5

    Once done serve hot with ketchup or mayo and enjoy!
