- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/ 2 teaspoon water (for the wedges)
- 1/ 2 cup water (for the oven)
Pre heat the oven to 195 degree C fan forced or 385 degree F. Line a tray with parchment paper
Cut the potatoes into wedges.
In a large mixing bowl combine the wedges, paprika, garlic, onion, mixed herbs, water, oil and combine well.
Add the wedges to the baking tray and cook until golden brown occasionally turning, this usually takes around 45 minutes. In a separate baking tray add half a cup of water and place this on the bottom tray of the oven.
Serve with some hummus and top with salt and pepper and dry parsley flakes.
