- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teapsoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven.
Step 2
In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Step 3
In a separate bowl whisk oil, buttermilk and vanilla.
Step 4
Pour the wet mixture into the dry.
Step 5
In a large bowl combine together flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add oil and toss utill it appears crumbly.
Step 6
Fill the pan with batter and sprinkle crumb topping.
Step 7
Bake 365F 25-30min.
