ingredients

  • 2 pieces cookies
  • 2 cups cream (vegan)
  • 4 tabelspoons cane sugar
  • 2 teaspoons agar-agar

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix cream, sugar and agar-agar.

  • Step 2

    Cook 3-5min

  • Step 3

    Fill the mold. Chill 4-5hrs. (each mold).

  • Step 4

    Follow same steps for the white topping.

  • Step 5

    Assembly: use cookies or cake as a base, top with a green and white mousse.
