ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 date, mashed
- pinch salt
- pinch cinnamon
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Method
Step 1
Combine almond milk, oats, chia seeds, date, salt and cinnamon to a container or jar with a lid. Stir to combine and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
In the morning, remove from fridge and add banana, blueberries and peanut butter.
