Swiss Chard Quiche
When you have leftover swiss chard and you aren't quite sure what to do with it, make a quiche. To prep a quick protein meal for a busy week ahead, I made this delicious Swiss Chard, Mushroom & Sweet Potato Crusted Quiche! It's paleo, gluten free, low in carbs and has 7g of protein per slice at only 100 cals! I added a dash of Romano cheese to this beauty for extra flavor.
