ingredients
- 1 handful of kumquats, roughly chopped
- Fresh thyme
- 1 ounce blue agave
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2 ounces fresh orange juice
- 2 ounces @drinkmonday non alcoholic whiskey (or traditional whiskey)
- Ice
- Ginger beer
- Optional: Rim glass with agave and fine salt, garnish with sliced kumquats and thyme
Method
Step 1
Rim the glasses with agave, fine salt, and set aside.
Step 2
Roughly chop a handful of kumquats and add to cocktail shaker.
Step 3
Add thyme, agave, and muddle.
Step 4
Add the lemon juice and orange juice.
Step 5
Add the non alcoholic whiskey (or traditional whiskey).
Step 6
Add ice, shake, and serve.
Step 7
Top off with ginger beer.
