ingredients
- 1 pack Beyond Mince
- 1 can drained and rinsed Kidney Beans
- 1 cup chopped Fresh Ramps
- 1 cu chopped Swiss Chard Leaves
- 1 cup chopped Swiss Chard Stems
- 1 tabelspoons whole Fresh Cilantro
- 3 tablepoons Cooking Oil
- 1 teasopon Ground Sumac
- To Taste Salt
- thinly sliced Radish
Method
Step 1
Using the same pan, add 1 tbsp of cooking oil and then the beyond meat ground beef 1 tsp of sumac and cook for 2-3 minutes or until it has slightly crisped up and browned.
Step 2
Then add the canned beans to the pan and cook for about 1 minute just to warm up the beans. I didn’t mind the brine from the canned beans, I also added a little bit of water to the pan to help make a sauce.
Step 3
Add the cooked swiss card stems back to the pan, chopped ramps, and swiss chard leaves, cook for an additional 30 seconds or until the greens are slightly wilted (softened).
Step 4
Remove the pan from the heat and plate.
Step 5
Plate the cooked veggie and beyond meat mixture onto a plate and top with fresh herbs or micogreens and garnish with some radish.
