ingredients
- 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls, brioche buns, or dinner rolls
- 5 ounces provolone cheese
- 5 ounces Swiss cheese
- 12 ounces deli roast beef
- 1/2 cup banana peppers
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, for serving
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Step 2
Slice the top half of the bread off the bottom. Butter the bottom of a baking dish. Place the bottom of the rolls in the dish.
Step 3
Drizzle sriracha mayo on the rolls. Layer half of the cheese. Add the roast beef, banana peppers and layer the rest of the cheese.
Step 4
Drizzle sriracha mayo on the other section of rolls. Place it on top of the other section.
Step 5
Combine and whisk butter, mustard, steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Brush mixture over the rolls.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melty and bread is golden brown.
Step 7
Cut apart with sharp knife and serve hot.
