"My favorite type of food is leftovers And that is for many reasons It's readily available on weekend mornings and it avoids food wastage- which I absolutely hate. Made some fresh crêpes this morning and topped them with my amazing chocolate hummus and whatever was left from my hummus bar: edible flowers, crushed hazelnuts, cocoa nibs, pomegranate seeds and a sprinkling of bee pollen It was so so good- and made me so happy!
