Banana, dark choco and walnut muffins. They're even vegan! To make just combine four mashed bananas, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 100g almond meal, 100g apple sauce, 100g dark chocolate in chips, 1 tbsp nut butter, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 cup milk of choice. Whisk until combined and then add 3 cups self raising flour, stirring until only just beginning to combine. Spoon into a greased tray and top with walnuts, extra choc and an extra sprinkle of brown sugar. Bake until the top is crisp and they're cooked through ?
