thursday fuel ?? 2 cups hemp milk + 1/4 cup frozen cauli + 1/4 cup frozen zuchhini + 1/2 avo + 1/4 cup strawbs + 1/4 cup bluebs + handful spinach + 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen peptides + lots of cinnamon. drizzled w/ tahini & chia seeds. all. the. goods. ??? makes a huge ass smoothie, but that’s how i like to do it! super hydrating, protein rich, full of healthy fats, and low sugar. fav way to kickstart a day, that's for sure. ?? have a fricken awesome day, friends! ❤️ #realfood #cleaneats #dairyfree #migrainefriendly #peachandthecobbler
oh heck YES. gimme all the ? bc babes, i just got my delivery from @simplekneads_gf and this girl is in gluten free bread heaven! ??? i gave up gluten a little over a year ago when i switched my diet to be migraine friendly, and haven't found a good gluten free bread w/ out a bunch of weird starches/gums and sugar until NOW. this stuff is the real deal!☝? deets: drizzle 2 pieces @simplekneads_gf sourdough w/ olive oil and broil for a few min each side. when toasty, rub with raw garlic on one side and top each slice w/ 1/2 sliced avocado and drizzle w/ more olive oil and red pep flakes ?. that's it! this is the toast of my dreams -- garlicky, full of healthy fats, and a little spicy! yasss, you gotta try it! wishing you all a relaxing blissful sunday! ❤️ #realfood #cleaneats #glutenfree #dairyfree #migrainefriendly #peachandthecobbler
tacobout flava city ?? inhaled these INSANE quinoa mushroom tacos in like 5 secs. ? and then made another bc 2 was just not enough - i mean can you ever have enough tacos?? serious questions for you guys today. here's what i did: warmed up 3 @sietefoods coconut tortillas in a pan, then added sautéed diced mushrooms + cauliflower + quinoa w/ lots of homemade taco seasoning until crispy, + sautéed garlicky kale/spinach, + cilantro and diced radish. my ? refuse to ripen else i would've thrown that on too. anyone else having that issue?! literally been sitting on my counter for like a week and still rock hard. ? anyway, these were so flavorful, i didn't even miss the meat! i've been doing more #plantbased meals lately and feel ?. sometimes it's nice to give your body a break to reset! have a great friday night, friends! ✌?#realfood #cleaneats #glutenfree #dairyfree #tacos #peachandthecobbler
