ingredients
- 65 grams soy milk
- 130 grams coconut oil (melted)
- 60 grams olive oil
- 2 teapsoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teapsoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teapsoons salt
Method
Step 1
Mix the soy milk with the salt and vinegar and let stand for 15 minutes. In a food processor (I used magic wand and it worked very well) put the previous mixture, coconut oil, olive oil and nutritional yeast. Mix for about 2 minutes. Place in containers and place in the freezer until solidified. Keep in refrigerator.
