ingredients

  • 65 grams soy milk
  • 130 grams coconut oil (melted)
  • 60 grams olive oil
  • 2 teapsoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teapsoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teapsoons salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix the soy milk with the salt and vinegar and let stand for 15 minutes. In a food processor (I used magic wand and it worked very well) put the previous mixture, coconut oil, olive oil and nutritional yeast. Mix for about 2 minutes. Place in containers and place in the freezer until solidified. Keep in refrigerator.
