ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 500 gram asparagus
  • 150 gram cheese
  • 60 gram parmesan cheese
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • To Taste salt, black pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Clean the asparagus, remove the hardest part and cook them in salted water for about 8/10 minutes, they must not be completely cooked. Drain them and let them cool under running cold water to stop cooking.

  • Step 2

    Grate the cheese and place it in a bowl, add the grated Parmesan eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Roll out the dough with its parchment paper on a baking sheet. With a knife lightly trace an edge of about 2 cm and brush with a little beaten egg. Prick the center with a fork.

  • Step 4

    In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 °. Pour the mixture into the center and cover with the asparagus. Bake the salted cake in the oven for about 25/30 minutes or until it is golden brown. Serve it hot or at room temperature.
