ingredients
- 1 large Cauliflower
- 1 red Capsicum
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 4 slices Ginger
- 5 Spring onion
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili as desired
Method
Step 1
Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water for about 5-6 minutes, then let cool.
Step 2
Chop the capsicum, garlic, ginger, and scallions very finely, I use a hand operated chopper for this.
Step 3
Mix the cauliflower with the chopped vegetables, then add sesame oil and soy sauce and season well. So far everything can be prepared and cooked later.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a wok and fry everything well.
