"I chose the title “simple pralines” because these pralines are fool-proof! Nothing can go wrong by using the silicone praline-cups!"

ingredients

  • 200 g White or dark Chocolate
  • chocolate sprinl;es
  • hundredthousands
  • Silicon Molds for Pralines

Method

  • Step 1

Melt the chocolate in the microwave but be careful not to heat the white chocolate over 45 C or the dark chocolate over 50 C. I melted them by heating them in the microwave for one minute and then I mixed it with a spoon until all of it has melted.

  • Step 2

Pour the chocolate into a piping bag and pipe it into the molds. The molds have to be completely dry! Just quickly lift the molds and slightly bang them onto the table to get rid of air-bubbles and it will immediately get flat, you may have to add more chocolate.

  • Step 3

Now leave the pralines to rest for 4-6 hours. Then turn the molds over and carefully push the pralines out. Store in an airtight container, but do not store in the fridge!

  • Step 4

The white pralines I made with white cooking chocolate. I poured some colorful sprinkles into the silicone molds for color.

  • Step 5

The dark pralines were made with a mocha chocolate with coffee beans in it. You can use any chocolate, try chili chocolate, or just simple dark chocolate.
