ingredients

  • 2 Eggplants
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 clove chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 chopped Onion
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili

Method

  • Step 1

    Cut the eggplants into halves and put them cut side up onto a grill plate. Roast in the oven at 180 C for approx. 30 minutes, then let cool. Peel the skin off.

  • Step 2

    Fry the chopped garlic and onion in a little oil until soft.

  • Step 3

    Peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

  • Step 4

    Put this all into the blender, season well and puree. Then season with the oil and vinegar. Serve cold.

  • Step 5

    Serve it as a Dip, Spread or just as a Side!
