ingredients
- 100 g Flour
- 10 g Baking Powder
- 2 Pinch Salt
- 1 Pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp ground Rosemary
- large Eggs
- 80 g Nature Yogurt
- 80 g grated Gruyere Cheese
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 200 C and spray the little gugelhupf molds (also the silicone ones)
Step 2
Mix the flour with the baking powder, then add the rosemary, pepper and salt. Add the yogurt and eggs and lastly the grated cheese. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour into a jug or into a piping bag and fill the gugelhupf molds until approx. 5 mm under the rim to give them space to rise.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 200 C for approx. 12 minutes, then let cool for a few minutes before removing them from the molds. They are best served warm!
