ingredients

  • 650 g Mangos, skin and stone removed
  • 350 Apples, peeled and chopped
  • 700 Sugar
  • 2 Limes, the Juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Puree the mango and put them into a pot. Puree the apple with the lime juice and add to the pot.

  • Step 2

    Heat up and add the sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 5-8 minutes. Be careful, if it boils it spits, you can burn yourself.

  • Step 3

    Make the plate test: give 1 tsp of the jam onto a cold plate and tilt it, if it runs slowly, the jam is cooked.

  • Step 4

    Fill the jam into clean jars and close tightly!
