Linguine with Compliment Sauce

ingredients
- 250 gram fresh Linguine
- 20 Okras
- 200 gram Brown Mushrooms
- 150 gram Bacon
- 3 clove of chopped Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 chopped Red Chili
- Rosemary
- 1/2 bunch chopped Parsley
- some Basil Leaves
- Oil
Method
Step 1
Chop the bacon and fry it, without adding any oil, together with the chopped garlic in a wide pan until crisp.
Step 2
Meanwhile in a separate pan fry the okra, cut into thin slices, in very little oil until crisp like chips. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Chop the mushrooms and add them to the bacon, season all very well and add the chopped chili and chopped parsley.
Step 4
Cook the linguine in salted water, drain them and add them to the sauce. Add the okra too and mix carefully. Serve hot, sprinkled with some torn up basil leaves.
