ingredients
- 2 tbsp chopped Caramel/fudge
- 200 g Milk or dark Chocolate
- 100 g White Chocolate
- 1 tbsp instant Espresso Powder
- 8 Plastic Shot Glasses
- 8 Wooden Ice-Cream Sticks
Method
Step 1
Chop the chocolates and put each 100 g into a small freezer bag. Fill the instant coffee powder into one of the milk chocolate bags. (you don’t need to add this powder if you don’t like, but it gives it a stronger mocha taste. Push the air out of the bags and close them tightly! Then put all bags into a cup of hot water to melt the chocolate.
Step 2
Meanwhile put some of the chopped caramel into the 8 cups.
Step 3
Now cut a corner off of the white chocolate freezer bag and distribute the melted chocolate into the 8 cups. Then do the same with one of the milk chocolate bags, distribute it too into the shot glasses. Last use the one with the instant coffee and sprinkle some caramel on top.
Step 4
Now bang the cups onto the surface to make the chocolate go even. Immediately push the wooden sticks into the middle of each cup and let them stand for 8 hours.
Step 5
After 8 hours cut the cups on both sides down to the chocolate and carefully remove them from the lollipop.
Step 6
How to use? Put the lollipop into 300-400 ml hot milk and stir until the chocolate has melted. Enjoy!
Step 7
As gift: Pack the lollipops into cellophane and decorate with a bow. This way you can keep them up to 4 weeks. But I usually give them away immediately.
